To use the rubber plate, unscrew the large chrome ring, remove the metal plate and large washer and replace with just the rubber plat

Bought the Ionic Shower Head based on the reviews & I was looking forward to using it as I live in a hard water area, but I was so disappointed.
I have good water pressure but this shower head made it worse, there was very little power behind the spray. The water seemed to spill out from behind the pressure dial. The dial was also really difficult to move between the different spray settings.
I actually switched back to my old shower head mid-shower as it was so poor. Definitely would not recommend.

Great product
I have to say this shower head went away and above my expectations. Our water power would not be great and this shower head and made such a difference. I have ordered a second one to have on standby. Highly recommend it
This was my third time buying the shower head previous shower heads lasted weeks before I had to change but my recent shower head needs to be replaced again after 2wks of use not great the water doesn’t have that full spray don’t think I will bother buying again 👎
