For best results, wear the Back Brace to alleviate symptoms associated with:
Wash and Care Instructions: Wash the Incrediwear Back Brace in warm or cold water and in a wash bag or pillowcase. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach, iron or dry clean.
Prefer if not just unisex fit. I have lumbar disc disease and awaiting surgery.
I'm 5' 1" and approx 11stone so need size L. It's much too bulky on my small frame. It was uncomfortable to wear.
I wore it for a few hours each day. Wear a light vest under it but it still makes my skin sweaty and claims.
Did not get any pain relief.
Genuinely the first thing to actually work for my back problems.
Years of physio & pain meds did little to help my ongoing muscle spasms & back pain , tried the back brace and instantly felt relief. All the daily activities that used to wreak havoc on my back such as vacuuming, sweeping, standing for long periods etc are all so much easier whilst wearing the back brace.
I now wear it pretty much every day & can honestly say I wouldn't be without it.
Fantastic support for lower back. Wear it during the day and have noticed a big improvement in back pain.
